Payments: We accept most major credit cards, Electronic
Debit from checking, money orders and personal checks. All
credit orders must be processed online using the secure
Paypal website. If you choose to pay with a personal check
or money order, you must email us your order at
orders@coconutkissgifts.com. We reserve the right to delay
shipping until the check has cleared the bank.
Guarantee: All products ordered from Coconut Kiss are
covered by our 100% guarantee. If you or your recipient are
not completely satisfied with the quality or it is damaged
prior to receipt, it will be replaced. In some cases, we will
offer a full refund or credit (excluding shipping charges)

Returns: Perishable items cannot be returned. These
products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced
if they arrived damaged. All returns must be authorized by
Coconut Kiss and must be returned in their original
packaging. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Please
contact us for an RMA number.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of
receipt. No exceptions.
Substitutions: We make every effort to ensure that items
we feature are available. Due to seasonal lines, some items
may become unavailable. Coconut Kiss reserves the right to
substitute items of like color, appearance and value.
Coconut Kiss is required by law to apply sales tax to all
products delivered within the state of California.
Shipping: We use FedEx Ground service and the United
States Postal Service for all shipping needs. If you have the
need for overnight or 2-day delivery, please contact us
immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.

necessary at any time. Some items may have a fixed
shipping rate due to weight and fragility of item.

Orders: Most orders are processed within 24 hours of
receipt. Processing time does not include weekends. Orders
are processed and shipped on business days only,
excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or
Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
